Shipping Overview

The Torched Leaf ships curated cigar subscription boxes on a monthly batch schedule.

At launch, we ship to Virginia addresses only.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage.

Shipping Schedule

Subscriptions follow a predictable monthly cadence:

  • Orders close on the 5th of each month

  • Boxes ship mid-month, typically between the 15th–18th

  • Tracking information is emailed once your box ships

Orders placed after the 5th will be included in the following month’s shipment.

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed after the monthly cutoff

  • USPS delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once shipped

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays

Shipping Eligibility

  • We currently ship to Virginia only

  • PO Boxes are permitted via USPS

  • All recipients must be 21 years of age or older

Orders placed outside our shipping area will be canceled and refunded.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

The Torched Leaf is not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete address details

  • Address changes made after the monthly cutoff

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Include photos if damage is present

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine replacement eligibility.

Shipping Restrictions

  • No international shipping

  • No shipping to states not currently supported

  • No expedited shipping options at launch
