The Torched Leaf

Eligibility

By purchasing or subscribing, you confirm that you:

  • Are 21 years of age or older

  • Are legally permitted to purchase and receive tobacco products

  • Are providing accurate personal and shipping information

Age verification is required at checkout.

Subscription Terms

The Torched Leaf operates as a monthly subscription service.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month

  • Billing occurs at the time of signup and monthly thereafter

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the monthly cutoff

  • Cancellations made after the cutoff apply to the following month

Order Cutoff

Orders for each month close on the 5th.

Orders placed after the cutoff will begin with the following month’s box.

Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Subscriptions are fulfilled on a batch basis

  • Boxes ship mid-month via USPS Ground Advantage

  • Shipping schedules are subject to change due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of tobacco products:

  • All sales are final once shipped

  • Refunds are not available for shipped orders

  • Unshipped orders may be canceled prior to the monthly cutoff

Lost or Damaged Items

If an order is lost or arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 5 days of delivery.

Replacement eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Address Changes

Address updates must be made before the monthly cutoff.

The Torched Leaf is not responsible for orders shipped to outdated or incorrect addresses.

State Restrictions

Shipping availability is limited by state law.

At launch, we ship to Virginia only. Subscriptions may be paused if a customer relocates to a non-supported state.

Limitation of Liability

The Torched Leaf is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Acts beyond our reasonable control

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected subscription period.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
