What is The Torched Leaf?

The Torched Leaf is a monthly cigar subscription that delivers a curated selection of premium cigars, tasting notes, and humidity control on a predictable schedule.

Each box is curated with balance and consistency in mind — no gimmicks, no filler.

Who can subscribe?

You must be:

  • 21 years of age or older

  • Legally permitted to receive tobacco products

  • Located in a state where we currently ship

Currently Shipping to AL, AZ, FL, IN, GA, KS, MD, MO, NC, NE, OH, SC, TN, TX and VA

Age verification is completed during checkout.

What comes in each box?

Each monthly box includes:

  • Four premium cigars

  • Humidity control

  • Tasting notes and educational content

Specific cigar brands and selections vary month to month.

When do boxes ship?

The Torched Leaf ships on a batch schedule.

  • Orders close on the 5th of each month

  • Boxes ship mid-month, typically between the 15th–18th

  • Shipping is via UPS Ground Advantage

  • Tracking information is emailed when your box ships

When am I billed?

Subscriptions are billed at the time of signup and renew monthly.

Billing occurs before fulfillment so inventory can be ordered fresh after the monthly cutoff.

What if I subscribe after the 5th?

Subscriptions placed after the 5th of the month will begin with the following month’s box.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the monthly cutoff to avoid being billed for the next box.

Cancellations made after the cutoff will apply to the following month.

Can I skip a month?

At launch, skipping individual months is not supported.

You may cancel and resubscribe at any time.

What if I move to another state?

If you move to a state where we do not yet ship:

  • Your subscription will be paused

  • You will not be charged

  • Your account will remain active

Once shipping opens in your new state, you may resume your subscription.

Where do you currently ship?

Currently Shipping to AL, AZ, FL, IN, GA, KS, MD, MO, NC, NE, OH, SC, TN, TX and VA.

Is an adult signature required?

Adult signature is not required for USP cigar shipments.

By placing an order, you confirm that the recipient is 21 years of age or older.

What if my box is lost or arrives damaged?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Include photos if damage is present

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine replacement eligibility.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of tobacco products:

  • We do not offer refunds once a box has shipped

  • Unshipped orders may be canceled prior to the cutoff

How is age verified?

Age verification is completed during checkout using a third-party age verification service.

Orders cannot be completed without successful age verification.
