Return & Refund Policy

The Torched Leaf


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of tobacco products, all sales are final once an order has shipped.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Buyer’s remorse


Subscription Orders

The Torched Leaf operates as a monthly subscription service.

  • Subscription orders are billed prior to fulfillment

  • Orders ship on a monthly batch schedule

  • Subscriptions may be canceled before the monthly cutoff to avoid being charged for the next box

  • Cancellations made after the cutoff will apply to the following month

Once a subscription order has shipped, it is not eligible for a refund.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

support@thetorchedleaf.com

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged package (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine replacement eligibility on a case-by-case basis.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Address changes submitted after the monthly order cutoff

Orders shipped to an incorrect address are not eligible for refund.


Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Orders canceled prior to shipment

  • Errors caused by The Torched Leaf

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
